This plan is for people with complaints expected to improve within 4-6
It consists of 6 chiropractic standard follow ups at a cost of £228 (saving £42)
This plan is for people with complaints expected to improve within 6-8 weeks that have a large muscular component or consist of issues in more than one area.
It consists of 6 chiropractic extended follow ups combined with 2 massages (30 minute) at a cost of £342 (saving £58)
This plan is for people with more complex, longstanding complaints that may require more chiropractic follow ups and sports massages, expected to improve over 2-3 months.
It consists of 10 chiropractic follow ups combined with 3 massages
(30minutes) at a cost of £470 (saving £85)
Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions before purchasing a package of care from Align Spinal Health.
Packages of Care are designed to provide savings on block bookings of care to make the services more affordable and allow people to follow a prescribed care plan more easily. They are designed for patients in their early stages of care who are attending clinic frequently and need appointments close together which can become costly.
If you are past this stage of care but wish to prepay for a number of sessions please discuss this with your chiropractor or contact the clinic director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All treatment packages must be paid for in full before commencement of the first treatment in that package. Pay as you go treatments are to be paid for at each session.
Payments are made using Stripe, this system may securely store your card details, please let your practitioner know if you would prefer to use an alternative method of payment, such a single card payment via POS machine, payment link or direct Bank transfer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or cheques. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give at least 24 working hours notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a full cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy. This fee will be deducted from your package.
If you have paid for a treatment package and are unable to complete the course of care, we will offer you a refund of any
monies remaining following the deduction of the full list price of treatment already taken.
If you are unhappy with your treatment or product please let us know within 90days of issue, if possible. We take customer
satisfaction seriously and like to resolve issues promptly where possible. We cannot typically offer refunds on treatment/services rendered, but will be able to refund payments on account of treatments that have not yet happened if you decide you do not wish to continue with care.
Refunds cannot be given on services rendered.
For early treatment plan exits, the original bulk buying package discount will become void. The patients account credit will be discounted at the current treatment value, determined by the summation of treatment sessions attended valued at the pay as you go treatment rate (based at the time of purchase).
The amount charged can at no point exceed the original value of the treatment. If the refund is £0 left over on the patients account, any remaining sessions in the package purchased will be deemed as free sessions due to the discount buy and put on hold on the account for 3 months post refund request in the event of the patient changing their minds and wishing to attend the remaining sessions. Following three months the patient will be discharged and become an inactive patient and the ‘free sessions’ will no longer be valid.
Packages of care must be used within the timeframe of 6 months. If you cannot attend the sessions recommended by your practitioner please speak to them at the earliest convenience so that an alternative package or a refund can be arranged.
Should you not attend the clinic for over 3 months without contact with the practitioner to discuss your case, the original bulk buying discount will become void and your account will be discounted at the current treatment value, determined by the summation of treatment sessions attended, valued at the pay as you go treatment rate (based at the time of purchase). The amount charged can at no point exceed the original value of the treatment. Any remaining credit will remain on the account for a further 3 months at which point the patient will become inactive and discharged. If you cannot attend your sessions please contact us to arrange a refund.
Treatment packages cannot be shared between patients, they are for individual use only.
Please note: A lot can change in a person’s health and wellbeing in 6 months, it is therefore our policy that unless explicitly recommended by your Chiropractor any patients that have been inactive or not attended clinic for a period of 6 months will require a longer ‘reactivation’ appointment on returning to the clinic which will come at an additional charge. It would be unethical for us to treat you without allowing enough time to review your history and potential changes to your case. Patients inactive for over 1 year will require a Returning new patient appointment and those who haven’t attended for over 2 years will be required to complete an initial consultation appointment.
